Nishkam Diagnostic Centre

Nishkam Diagnostic Centre is a free GP-led service. We provide:

  • Advice and treatment for minor health problems

  • Advice about long term conditions and medication

  • Health checks

We welcome everyone. We treat all patients with dignity, respect and compassion. We value diversity and aim to meet individual needs wherever possible. We offer extended appointments for all. Our team speak English, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, and translators are available if needed.

Saturdays: 10am  - 12pm

How to book:

You can book via the form below. Or, you can come into our Centre (or call us on 0121 348 7500, using option 4), to speak to one of our staff members, who will be happy to assist you in booking your appointment.

Please note that our service is currently available only to those aged 18 and over

Please use the link below to book a free consultation with a doctor for the following reasons:

MINOR ILLNESSES:

  • Cough

  • Sore throat

  • Chest infection

  • Sinus infection

  • Minor ear problems

  • Minor eye problems

  • Minor skin, hair and nail conditions

  • Urine infection

  • Minor injuries

LONG TERM CONDITION AND MEDICATION ADVICE

HEALTH CHECKS

  • Blood pressure, heart rhythm, heart sounds, weight, body mass index, blood sugar, and other relevant checks.

Please note that you must NOT book an appointment with us if any of these apply:

  • You are having chest pain

  • You are having shortness of breath

  • You are seriously unwell in any way, for example having severe pain, unable to walk normally, unable to drink water normally, feeling drowsy, or having blackouts

  • You are having serious mental health problems including suicidal thoughts or hallucinations
